What is Founder's Hat?
The Founder’s Hat Program is a safe space where founders in similar stages and from all industries can build relationships, discuss challenges, celebrate accomplishments, and grow together.
Sessions for our Fall 2026 program will be held in person at Ascender, located in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood.
❋ Intentional StructureEach session focuses on a singular aspect of being a founder, allowing space to discuss and share both challenges and wins. Topics have included team leading, sales & branding, fundraising & wellness.
❋ Collaborative EnergyBuild relationships with other founders who understand the many different roles & responsibilities demanded by your business.
❋ Expert FacilitationLearn from insightful discussions facilitated by Ascender’s Senior Advisor and serial entrepreneur, Craig Markovitz.
❋ A Supportive SpaceThese confidential conversations don’t leave the room. Whether it’s proprietary information or personal experiences, anything covered is for founder’s ears-only.
