Morning Breakfast Workshop: The Founder Reset

This 75-minute experience is for the founder who is working hard and starting to feel it.

You'll leave with:

  1. A simple nervous system reset you can use at your desk, before a pitch, or on your hardest day — no equipment required.

  2. A practical introduction to the Overflow Framework: a mind-body-heart approach to building your business from a place of peace, not depletion.

  3. The beginning of a new relationship with your own inner experience: the most underused asset in your business.

Join this workshop to pour into yourself. You will engage in gentle movement (chair and standing yoga), breathwork, and meditation to reset your nervous system, then shift into a practical overview of what it could look like to lead your business from a place of peace, not depletion.

About Stephanie:

Dr. Stephanie Nash, PhD, OTR/L  is a spiritual mentor, occupational therapist, and author whose work sits at the intersection of clinical science and mystic practice. As the founder of Paradigm Expansions, she guides high-achieving, empathic entrepreneurs to stop running on empty and start leading from genuine overflow.

With a PhD in rehabilitation sciences and years of clinical and coaching practice, Dr. Steph brings a rare combination of scientific credibility and embodied wisdom to every room she enters. Her work is built on a simple premise: the science gives the soul permission.

Her debut book, The D Word: How Divorce Ended Self-Abandonment and Led to Self-Reclamation, releases September 19, 2026.
