Leanna Laskey McGrath is an executive coach and organizational consultant who spent over a decade leading customer success and operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. She's built and led CS teams across bootstrapped, PE-backed, and VC-backed organizations, including a founding team role that culminated in a successful exit. She now runs Coach Leanna, LLC, where she works with executive teams on customer success strategy, team building, and leadership development, and executive women on authentic leadership, confidence, and communication. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
